The lift from the gardens and underground parking bring you to the entrance door of the penthouse. From the entrance corridor you can enter the fully equipped granite top kitchen and utility. Moving on from the entrance you will find an open plan dining area with lounge containing satellite TV, DVD player and a south facing breakfast terrace. Off the living area can be found a twin bedroom, separate guest shower room, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe area and marble ensuite bathroom. The stairs lead upwards to the master double bedroom suite with marble bathroom and evening terrace. From the landing you can access the large terrace with panoramic views complete with sun loungers, dining-table and chairs and Jacuzzi. The living area and bedrooms have separate air-conditioning for each room. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Jardines de la Aldaba is situated between Puerto Banus and San Pedro on the beachside of the main road with the golfing valley set behind it. The urbanisation is very peaceful as there are only 50 apartments in total. The apartment is suitable for holidaymakers who don’t want to have to drive whilst they are on holiday due to the close proximity of a supermarket, restaurants and beaches. The nearby trendy Mistral beach provides chiringuitos, beach bars and restaurants together with watersports facilities. A short walk further along the beach and you hit Plaza Beach which offers a livelier atmosphere where numerous parties and events take place. This beach and club sits right at the edge of Banus’ port with the trendy shops and bars. |

A very nice beach promenade that connects Puerto-Banús and its famous harbour . The charictaristic town of San Pedro has all the amenities you'll need for your stay. just minutes from Puerto Banus, and a short distance from Marbella Town and to the best golf courses. There are many excellent restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and budgets and Benahavis the famous "gourmet capital" of Costa del Sol also a 5 minute drive. The charming town of San Pedro de Alcantara which has retained its Spanish character is also 5 minutes away and is full of typical restaurants serving local fish dishes where the local people dine out in the summer evenings. Weekly street markets in Estepona, San Pedro and the local bullring are a must for terrific bargains in shoes and handbags or even designer sun glasses. Take a day trip into the mountains and visit Ronda and the white villages of Andalucia. It’s a great way to see the spectacular scenery of the area and get into the real Spain. Trips to Tangiers are easy on the high speed ferry or do some serious duty free shopping in Gibraltar which is only 30 minutes away on the new motorway. |
