1. How do I make a booking online?

Once you have chosen your preferred accommodation you can book it online by filling in our reservation form. Please follow all the steps and give all the information asked for.

2. Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation of enquiry, then be contacted by one of our team who will raise an invoice and booking confirmation we will send you after receipt of the pre-payment.

 

3. When will I receive the booking confirmation?

Usually it takes less than 24 hours for us to confirm a customer’s reservation, providing that the reservation form has been filled in properly. Please note: we cannot confirm your reservation unless we receive all the information asked for on the reservation form and until we have received the prepayment. Bookings made over the weekend will be answered on Monday. If we receive several reservations for the same accommodation and for the same dates, we can only confirm the first reservation submitted, abiding by our first-come and first-serve basis. Of course you will not be charged anything if your accommodation is not confirmed and we will also try to give you alternative options for your travel dates. Please note: We update our listings every time we confirm a reservation.

4. Where or to whom will I have to pay for the accommodation?

You will have to pay 30% on booking and then 30% 4 weeks before arrival and then the balance in cash on arrival at the accommodation. For late bookings up to 4 weeks before 60% on booking then the remainder in cash on arrival at the accommodation. Funds paid before your arrival can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. All this information will be stated on the invoice before booking confirmation is send to you.

5. Where and when will I receive the keys?

Simply text the contact number or call when you are leaving the airport and on your way, and one of team will meet and greet you, hand you the keys and show you into the accommodation. The steps outlining what you should do to arrange a meeting with the contact person is explained in the booking confirmation we send you.

6. What will I have to bring along?

All our properties are fully furnished, equipped with sheets and towels provided. So all you need to bring along are your personal belongings.

7. What is the "deposit"? How I can check the amount I have to pay as a deposit?

The deposit is for the guarantee that no damage will be done to the accommodation during your stay. At check-in you will have to pay the deposit plus the rent to the contact person. At check-out, the contact person will check the condition of the apartment and refund you your deposit providing all is in order. You in turn, must give back the keys. The amount of the deposit depends on the accommodation. The respective amount that you should pay as a deposit can be found below the price quoted for your travel dates, in the full description of the accommodation.

8. How can I cancel my accommodation reservation?

All cancellations must be made by e-mail of fax to the corresponding manager. Please note that our conditions for cancellation differ depending on how much advance notice you give for the cancellation. For further information, please consult our *terms and conditions.

9. Will I be refunded if I cancel my accommodation reservation?

Usually, our conditions for the cancellation of an accommodation depend on the date the client cancels his/her reservation. Please, check the terms of cancellation of a reservation in our *terms and conditions.

10. How far in advance should I book an accommodation?

Our accommodation is highly demanded, especially during high season. Therefore we would always advise you to book as soon as you now which accommodation you would like to stay in to make sure you get what you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

11. Do you have any more short-term rentals other than those offered on your site?

No, all available accommodations are shown on our site.

12. Do you offer special discounts for periods over 2 weeks?

Yes, subject to availability. Please contact one of our team who will be pleased to help.

13. I would like to show your accommodation to my friends/family how can I get a brochure?

Posting out brochures can take some time getting to you. So the quickest way is to simply use the “down load brochure” facility on our website or alternatively “send to a friend” option.

Here are some more solutions if that is inconvenient for you:

  • Wherever you are, you can go online to www.luxurycostarentals.com and look at our accommodation. The accommodation is presented with much more detail and with many more photos than normally found in a printed catalogue.
  • Give your friends/family our website address www.luxurycostarentals.com and in just a few minutes they can connect to our website and see all our available accommodation without having to wait for a catalogue.
  • You also have the possibility to send our offers to your; friends/family by email, using our "Send to a friend" option.
  • If one of your friends/family does not have Internet access you can print off a PDF brochure of your preferred accommodation and give it to him/her.
  • In contrast to printed catalogues, our site is constantly updated. We work on it every day to give you the most up to date information on availability and prices.
